In the UK, deliveries can occur anytime between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. We recommend ensuring there’s access to your delivery location during this time. If you're not at home, our couriers will try to deliver your parcel to a secure location or leave it with a neighbor.
To help us assist you, please check the following:

Ask Your Household and Neighbors: Someone in your household or a neighbor may have accepted the delivery on your behalf if you weren't home at the time.

Look Around Your Property: Check any sheds, outbuildings, or secure places where the courier might have left your parcel.
If you've done all this and still can't find your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order information, such as your order number, email, and delivery address.
All our orders are tracked, so we can raise an investigation with your chosen courier to determine the exact location of your delivery.
Please note that undelivered orders must be reported to us within 7 days, as we won't be able to assist after that timeframe.
