Seen something you love in-store but it’s not in stock? No problem! You can place an Endless Aisle order at any of our stores, depending on availability.
What is an Endless Aisle Order?
An Endless Aisle order is a purchase you make in-store for an item that isn’t currently available on-site. It's processed in-store and paid for at the till — so it’s considered a store purchase, not an online one.
How It Works
- After placing your order, you’ll receive a till receipt and an order number. Please keep this as proof of purchase.
- You can choose to have your order delivered either:
- To a UK personal address, or
- Back to the same store where you placed your order.
- If you select store delivery, the team will contact you once your item is ready for collection.
- Your item will be sourced from our warehouse or one of our Kurt Geiger/Carvela stores or concessions (subject to availability).
- You’ll also receive email updates once your order is confirmed and again when it has been dispatched.
- Once shipped, the courier will provide tracking details and estimated delivery times.
Please note: Delivery may take up to 7 days, and longer during peak periods.
How Do I Return an Endless Aisle Order?
If you need to return an Endless Aisle item:
- Take it back to the same store where you placed your order.
- Make sure to bring your till receipt.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please don’t send store-placed orders to our online warehouse, as we’re unable to refund store purchases this way.
