Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. When it’s packed and shipped, we’ll send you a second email with your dispatch confirmation.
As your order makes its way to you, the courier will notify you via text and/or email with an estimated delivery time.
For UK deliveries, parcels can arrive anytime between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. Please ensure there is access to the delivery address during this window. If you're not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour. By leaving delivery instructions, you accept responsibility for the package until it's delivered.

For orders shipped with EVRi you can track your order via their email and/or text notification. The notification will include a 16 digit tracking code that can be used on their App or website. | |
Orders shipped with DPD will be for our Next Day Delivery service. Using the tracking details in your confirmation email, you can track your order on their App or website. DPD allows for management of your delivery preferences including safe-place delivery, delivering to a neighbour or local pick-up shops. | |

Please kindly note that store-sourced orders take up to 5 days to be delivered but during busy times such as our seasonal sale period, please allow 7-10 days.
