CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We aim to swiftly process and package your orders, which unfortunately means we're unable to make any changes once the order is confirmed. This includes alterations to the email address, size, colour, adding or removing items, delivery address, or promotional codes.

Please Note: If you've mistakenly provided an unreachable delivery address, please contact our team promptly with your full name, email address, order number, and the correct shipping address. While we'll endeavor to assist, we can't guarantee changes after the order has been confirmed. Any parcels delivered to the originally provided address that can't be located after delivery are not the responsibility of our team.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

UK customers have 14 working days*, beginning the day after receipt, to cancel a purchase. To cancel an order, please send your cancellation request directly to our customer service team via email at teamcarvela@carvela.com referencing your order number.

If your order has already been delivered, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of the cancellation to receive a full refund. Please ensure the items are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
