At Carvela, we work hard to process and package your orders quickly, so they reach you as soon as possible! Unfortunately, this means we're unable to make any changes once your order is confirmed.
This includes:
- Changing the email address
- Modifying the size or colour of items
- Adding or removing items
- Updating the delivery address
- Applying promo codes after checkout
If you've entered an incorrect or unreachable delivery address, don't worry! Just get in touch with our team as soon as possible and share:
- Your full name
- The email address you used for the order
- The order number
- The correct shipping address
We’ll do our best to help, but please keep in mind that once the order is confirmed, changes can’t always be made.
If a parcel is delivered to the original address and can’t be retrieved, we won’t be able to take responsibility for it. But we're here to assist you, so feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
