WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Larger orders may be sent in multiple packages, therefore these may arrive at separate times within 24 hours of each other. If an item was sourced from one of our stores, it will have different delivery details and tracking numbers. For more information on orders sent from the store, please refer here.
MY PARCEL WAS NEVER DELIVERED - WHAT CAN I DO?
UK deliveries occur between 8.00am and 10.00pm on the chosen delivery date. Please ensure access to the delivery property during this window. If you're not at home, our couriers may attempt delivery to a secure location or leave the parcel with a neighbour.
All our orders are tracked, so if you are unable locate your parcel in or around your home, please contact our team within 7 days of the delivery status. Please include your order number, email and delivery address. We will then raise an investigation with the courier.
MY PARCEL ARRIVED BUT I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT/SIZE?
Please contact us here within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item, providing details of the missing or incorrect product. Please make sure to include your full name, order number, email address and a picture of the incorrect item received. Ensure that everything is kept in the original packaging for returning or exchanging the item.
