If you’ve ordered a number of items with us, we’ll potentially send it in more than one parcel. Sometimes these parcels can be delivered at different times too, depending on the delivery courier. But most separated orders will be delivered within 24 hours of each other (but can take a little longer over busy periods.)
Occasionally not everything in your order is available at our warehouse, so these might be sourced from a store and delivered separately. If this happens, you’ll receive separate order numbers, ‘it’s dispatched’ and ‘it’s confirmed emails’ for each item. We just want to make sure you’re in the loop but so you know to check that an undelivered item might have been sent separately.
If an item is missing from your order, or an incorrect product or size has been received, get in touch asap (all missing items must be reported to us within 14 days, we can’t help after this time has passed) with what’s missing/incorrect and have your order number and email address ready. And do keep your outer packaging as we’ll need images of this too.
