Something I’ve bought is now faulty – what do I do?

We quality-check every item that leaves our warehouse, but on the rare occasion that your item develops a fault, get in touch with us here.

Have your full name, order number, and a few images of the issue to hand too so we can get a good idea of what’s happened.

 

My items arrived damaged, what happened?

Occasionally our warehouse stock runs low, so we might source your order from one of our stores. We always aim to deliver you a perfect item, but occasionally items might be ex-display or have been tried on by customers in-store. This may have resulted in minor scuffs or small smudges and scratches to the material.

FAULTY/DAMAGED STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased from stores or concessions must be returned via the original store or concession of purchase and will not be refunded if returned to our online warehouse.

If you have purchased your item from one of our concession stores, please return this to the original place of purchase or concession of the same group that contains a Kurt Geiger concession.

Please ensure you take your proof of purchase with you.
