Give us 24 hours to send your ‘its confirmed’ email. But do check your junk/spam inboxes sometimes our emails can end up there.
You’ll receive 2 emails from us when you place an order. The first is your confirmation email which means we have received your order (fun times!) We’ll then send you a second email once the items have left our warehouse.
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, it could be that your order hasn’t come through to us, or that the email address you ordered with was incorrect.
If email details were input all correctly but you haven’t received an ‘it’s confirmed’ email from us within 24 hours, get in touch and we'll look into this for you.
