When will I receive my online order confirmation?

Give us 24 hours to send your ‘its confirmed’ email. But do check your junk/spam inboxes sometimes our emails can end up there.

You’ll receive 2 emails from us when you place an order. The first is your confirmation email which means we have received your order (fun times!) We’ll then send you a second email once the items have left our warehouse.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, it could be that your order hasn’t come through to us, or that the email address you ordered with was incorrect.

For orders with an incorrect email address, please keep a note of the order number (which was sent to you when the order was placed) and you can still keep track of your order here. Phew!

Just FYI, payment is only taken from your card at the time when your order is dispatched unless you are paying with PayPal where the payment is taken when you order.

If you haven’t received an ‘it’s confirmed’ email from us but have a pending/reserved card payment or have been charged, get in touch and we'll look into this for you.
