The tracking says my order has been delivered, but where is it?

We’re sad to hear that you haven’t received your shopping.

Deliveries in the UK may be made any time between 8.00am and 9.00pm, Monday-Saturday. Please make sure we can access your delivery address easily during these times. If you’re out when we call, our couriers will attempt delivery to a secure location or leave the parcel with a friendly (we hope!) neighbour.

Do the following first if your order is still missing:

  • Check with others in your household or your immediate neighbours, as they may have accepted this on your behalf if you were not in at the time of delivery.
  • Take a look around your property in any sheds, outbuildings, or safe places where the courier may have left your parcel for you.

If it’s still not there, get in touch asap and have your order number, email, and delivery address ready. All our orders are tracked, and we will be able to raise an investigation with your chosen courier to check the exact location of delivery to help you find your order. Just FYI, undelivered orders must be reported to us within 30 days, we won’t be able to help after this time, sorry.
