How Do I Return An In-Store Purchase?

HOW DO I RETURN A PURCHASE MADE IN STORE?

Items purchased in a Carvela stand alone store can be returned to any stand alone store within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with the proof of purchase. 

Any items posted to our online distribution center will not be processed and sent back to the customer. 

 

I’VE LOST MY PURCHASE RECEIPT - WHAT CAN I DO?

In the absence of proof of purchase, an exchange or Kurt Geiger Gift Card (to be used in a Kurt Geiger store or www.kurtgeiger.com) will be provided for the last known selling price of the item. Please note that if you are returning an item to a store in the ROI, they are currently unable to provide a gift card refund.
