My Order Has Been Sent From Store - Why Is This?

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IF MY ORDER IS BEING SOURCED FROM ONE OF YOUR STORES?

If your online order is being sourced from one of our stores, it will be sent by FedEx. You can track and manage your orders here using your email address. More details of this service can be found here.

WHY CAN’T I SELECT NEXT DAY OR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FOR MY ORDER SOURCED FROM STORE?

Normally, our items are shipped from our UK warehouse. However, if there's no more stock available, we may source stock from our Carvela or Kurt Geiger stores (subject to availability). Due to this, International and Next Day Delivery services are not available. Items sourced from our stores will be shipped on a standard delivery service and within the UK only.

 

WILL THERE BE ANY DELAYS IF MY ORDER IS BEING SOURCED FROM ONE OF YOUR STORES?

During our busy peak periods, the delivery time frame for orders sourced from our stores may increase as we attempt to source your item(s) from more than one location. However, we will always notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
