Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t apply any discounts retroactively. But don’t worry—if you want to return the item and repurchase it with your discount, you can always follow our return process and reorder with the discount applied.

An item I've purchased has reduced in price, can I have the difference refunded?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for price differences if an item you've purchased has been reduced in price after you've bought it. The price you pay for an item is set at the time of your purchase.
However, we regularly have sales and promotions, so it's always a good idea to keep an eye on our website or sign up for email updates to catch any future discounts!
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can still return it within the return window for a refund, and you can always shop again for the discounted price.
