If you would like to delete your Carvela account, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to our Customer Service team from the email address linked to your account.
- If you’re contacting us from a different email, please include the email address you’d like removed and provide proof of ownership (the name on the account must match the requester's).
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request" so we can process it as quickly as possible.
- Our team will take care of it within 7 days.
Please note: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your order history, saved details, or any Club Carvela benefits. It's a good idea to review and download any important information before deleting your account.
