Terms and Conditions For Winners

The winner is selected at random and will receive an email from Club Carvela on the 1^st of the month indicating what they have won. This will either be a pair of Carvela shoes or a Carvela bag. The code is valid on www.carvela.com only and cannot be used in-store. The code is a one code per customer and single use only. The code has a maximum value of £250 and will be valid for 30 days from the date emailed. The code excludes all sale and promotional items. If the item is returned, the code cannot be re-issued unless the item is faulty.
