- Please ensure you have updated your birthday on your Carvela account to receive 25% off full price items on www.carvela.com and in Carvela stores with valid email address.

- Your 25% off gift will be emailed on your birthday but to ensure you receive this, please ensure your birthday has been entered into your account information at least 7 days before the date.
- We are only able to issue birthday codes for birthdays in the future and are unable to backdate these or apply them retrospectively.

Terms and Conditions For Winners
The winner is selected at random and will receive an email from Club Carvela on the 1st of the month indicating what they have won. This will either be a pair of Carvela shoes or a Carvela bag. The code is valid on www.carvela.com only and cannot be used in-store. The code is a one code per customer and single use only. The code has a maximum value of £250 and will be valid for 30 days from the date emailed. The code excludes all sale and promotional items. If the item is returned, the code cannot be re-issued unless the item is faulty.
