Carvela x lastminute.com Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is organised by Carvela (Kurt Geiger Limited) in collaboration with lastminute.com (together referred to as the “Promoters”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 10:00 (BST) on Wednesday 10th June 2026 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on Wednesday 24th June 2026.

Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoters, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Like the competition post
2. Save the competition post
3. Follow both Instagram accounts: @Carvela and @lastminute_com
4. Tag at least one person in the comments who they would share the prize with

For an additional entry:

• Share the competition post to their Instagram Story (ensuring their profile is public so it can be verified)

Important:

• Entry is only valid via Instagram.
• Participants may enter multiple times, provided each entry includes a new comment/tag.
• No automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be accepted.

5. The Prize

There will be one (1) winner, who will receive:

Carvela Prize

• £500 to spend at www.carvela.com
• Valid online only (not redeemable in-store)
• Valid on full-priced items only
• Not valid on sale or promotional items
• Must be redeemed within 3 months of issue
• Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products

• £500 credit to spend on lastminute.com
• Must be redeemed within 1 month of the winner being notified
• Travel must be completed by 31 December 2026
• Subject to lastminute.com’s booking terms and availability
• Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via Carvela’s official Instagram account on 25 June 2026.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
• The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if required.

8. Publicity

By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity and allows the Promoters to use their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Promoters will not be held responsible for:

• Any technical issues, including Instagram platform failures
• Entries that are lost, incomplete, or delayed
• Any loss, injury, or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize

10. Data Protection

Any personal data submitted will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoters’ privacy policies.

11. General

• The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
• By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• In the event of any dispute, the Promoters’ decision is final.
