Why is my item being sent from a store?

Our courier networks are reporting delivery delays due to unprecedented parcel volumes. Due to this some orders may take a bit longer to arrive - please allow 4 days after your expected delivery date for your parcel to be delivered.

Normally our items are shipped from our UK warehouse but if there is no more stock available we can occasionally source stock from one of our Carvela or Kurt Geiger stores (subject to availability).

Due to this, you will not be able to select International or Next Day Delivery services. Items sourced from one of our stores can only be shipped within the UK on a standard delivery service.

You will see the below message at checkout to advise you of this and the expected delivery time frames.*

This item is being sent direct to you from one of our stores and will arrive within 5 working days


*During our busy peak periods, this delivery time frame may increase as we attempt to source your item(s) from more than one location but we will always notify you by email once this has been dispatched.
