How Do I Collect My Order from an EVRi Parcel Shop?

If you selected EVRi Parcel Shop as your delivery option at checkout, your Carvela parcel will be sent to your chosen shop.

Once your parcel arrives, you’ll receive a text or email confirmation with details of the EVRi location. To collect your order, please bring your collection notification and a valid photo ID.

  • This option is only available for UK Mainland Parcel Shops.

I Missed the Collection of My EVRi Parcel – What Can I Do?

If you’re unable to collect your order, EVRi will hold it for 10 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and you’ll receive a full refund. You can check refund timeframes here.

Important: Some larger orders may not be eligible for EVRi Parcel Shop delivery due to storage limits. If your order exceeds the size limit, please check alternative delivery options here.
