We know Carvela has fans all around the world, so yes, we do deliver internationally! Please note that all orders placed on the Carvela website are shipped from the UK. Kindly review the shipping details carefully before making an international purchase.

CAN I AMEND AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASE?
Please triple check your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We can’t amend your order once it has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE EU?
You may be charged customs or import duties once the parcel reaches its destination country, which you will have to pay to receive your order. You are liable for the payment of courier fees, import charges, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office to find out what these fees will be – we can’t predict any charges, sorry!
Some international destinations, such as Canada, Mexico & Puerto Rico * may incur higher import taxes and duties for their parcels. In the event that the delivery is refused or the fees charged by Imports / Courier companies for the delivery of your item to you remain unpaid – we may deduct the cost of returning the parcel to the UK, including the outstanding taxes and duties, from your refund total.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?
All prices on our website include VAT where applicable or any charges for the applicable sales tax in the country of delivery. Rates vary by country, but our prices remain unchanged due to various supply chain factors.
HOW ARE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TRACKED?
Our international orders are sent by EVRi on a tracked service. Orders to the United States will be delivered by DHL. Please note occasionally other local couriers may be used to complete the delivery such as UPS.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track its progress online. Our couriers will attempt delivery between 7am-10pm. Delivery notifications will be sent by the courier, should you not be home when your delivery is made, the courier will leave your order in a secure location or with a neighbour.

We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days. Orders to the United States will be delivered by DHL. Please keep an eye on your delivery tracking via the courier website for updates and any local area delays.
In more remote areas, your order may be passed to a local delivery service to complete your delivery, you will be informed of any changed or updated tracking details via email.
Please note, due to courier restrictions, we are unable to deliver to military bases and PO Box addresses.
