How Can I Track My International Order?

We want you to feel confident about your order, so all international orders are shipped via tracked services.

• Most international orders are shipped with EVRi.
• Depending on your country, a local courier may complete the final delivery.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number, so you can monitor its journey. Deliveries are usually attempted between 7am and 10pm.

If you’re not home when the courier arrives, they may:

• Leave your parcel in a secure location.
• Deliver to a neighbour.
• Send a notification to help you rearrange delivery.
