I'm Having Problems With The Website, What Can I Do?

  • Chrome: Click on the three-dot menu, go to More tools > Clear browsing data, select 'All time', and check 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
  • Safari: Go to Settings > Safari, tap 'Clear History and Website Data' (this won't affect AutoFill info) or navigate to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data to remove cookies.
  • Firefox: Go to the menu, select 'Settings', navigate to Privacy & Security > Clear Data, uncheck 'Cookies and Site Data' and click 'Clear'.

Try a different browser or device – If possible, switch to another browser or device to see if the issue persists.

Check your internet connection – A slow or unstable connection could be causing the problem.

Update your browser – Make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser.
