If you have placed an order, the payment is charged at the time of order placement, and you should receive an order confirmation email immediately.
If Your Order Was Cancelled After Confirmation:
Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 days and returned to your original payment method.
If Your Order Was Cancelled Before Confirmation:
No actual charge will be made, but you may see a ‘pending’ or ‘reserved’ amount on your account. This means the funds are temporarily held but have not been debited from your account.
How Long Will This Last?
The reserved funds typically disappear within 10 working days, depending on your bank. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long this process takes.
