Payment Timing:
- Orders are charged at the time of placement, and you'll receive an order confirmation email right away. Charges may be pending in your account till the funds have cleared, usually after dispatch.
- Payments are instantly processed for PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay transactions.
What If My Order Gets Cancelled?
- If your order is cancelled before confirmation, no charges will apply. However, you might see a ‘pending’ or ‘reserved’ amount on your account.
- This pending amount usually disappears within 10 working days, but we, unfortunately, cannot control how quickly your bank removes it.
- If your order is cancelled after confirmation, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days.
