Why can't I select Click & Collect as my delivery option?

Our Click & Collect service is only available for items that are in stock at our warehouse. If you don’t see the option at checkout, it’s likely because one or more of the items in your basket are out of stock at the warehouse.

Sometimes, we source items from our stores to fulfill online orders, which is why they may appear available on our website but can’t be selected for Click & Collect.
