Yes — you can return or exchange your Click & Collect order at selected Carvela stand-alone stores, as long as it follows our returns policy.

You can also choose an exchange or a gift card instead. Exchanges are free in participating stand-alone stores. Subject to availability.

Carvela concessions, outlets, and airport stores do not currently offer refunds or exchanges for online orders.

If your store isn’t one of our participating stand-alone locations, you’ll need to return your order via our Returns Portal and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
