Once your parcel has been delivered back to us, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.

Just a heads-up: During busy periods, it may take us a little longer to process your return, so thanks for bearing with us!
We’ll send you two emails — one when your return has arrived at our warehouse, and another when your refund has been processed.
Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method, and once processed, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account (this depends on your bank).
If it’s been over 14 working days since your return was delivered to us and you haven’t received a refund, please get in touch here. Make sure to have:
- Your order number
- Details of the items you returned
- A clear image of your proof of postage receipt
Just a note: We’re only able to look into returns queries if they’re reported to us within 30 days of the return being sent — after that, we won’t be able to assist, sorry!
