How Do I Return An In-Store Purchase?

If you’ve bought something from a Carvela stand-alone store, you can return it to any stand-alone store within 14 days of purchase.
Just make sure your item is:

  • Unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With your proof of purchase

What About Sale & Outlet Items?

  • Sale & Outlet items can be returned for an exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
  • These items must be taken back to the same type of store you bought them from — for example, if you purchased from a Carvela Outlet, you’ll need to return to a Carvela Outlet store.
  • Refunds are only available if the item is faulty.

Please Don’t Post In-Store Orders/Purchases to Us

If you purchased or ordered an item in-store, it will need to be returned to the original Carvela store where it was bought or ordered.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process any in-store returns sent to our online warehouse, so these will be sent back to you.

To avoid any delays, we recommend heading back to the store to arrange your return — the team there will be happy to help.

What If I’ve Lost My Receipt?

We totally get that receipts can go missing, but unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund, exchange, gift card, or any other resolution without it.
So, we always recommend keeping hold of your proof of purchase just in case.
