Haven’t Received Your Order?

We’re so sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet — we know how frustrating that can be!

In the UK, deliveries can take place anytime between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, so we recommend making sure there’s access to your delivery address during this time. If you’re not home, our couriers will usually try to leave your parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour.

Here’s What To Check First

Before getting in touch, we recommend trying the following:

  • Ask your household and neighbours — Someone in your home or a friendly neighbour may have accepted the delivery for you.
  • Check around your property — Look in any sheds, outbuildings, or safe spots where the courier might have left your parcel.

Still Can’t Find It?

If you’ve done all of the above and your parcel is still missing, please contact us as soon as possible. When you do, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Your delivery address

All our orders are tracked, so we’ll be able to raise an investigation with the courier to help track down your delivery.

Please note: Missing orders must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date — after this time, we may not be able to assist.
