Haven’t Received Your Confirmation Email?

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send your ‘It’s Confirmed’ email within 24 hours — so keep an eye out! Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folders, just in case it’s ended up there.

What Emails Will I Receive?

You’ll get two emails from us when you place an order:

  1. Order Confirmation – This means we’ve received your order (exciting stuff!).
  2. Dispatch Confirmation – This lets you know your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

What If I Haven’t Received Anything?

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, it could mean:

  • Your order hasn’t come through to us.
  • There was a typo in the email address you entered at checkout.

Incorrect Email Address?

Don’t worry — if your email address wasn’t quite right, you can still track your order using your order number (this appears on the screen when your order is placed). Just enter it here to check your order’s progress.

Still Nothing After 24 Hours?

If everything was entered correctly and you still haven’t received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please get in touch and we’ll look into this for you.
