Can I Amend Or Cancel My Return Once It’s Confirmed?

Once your return is all booked and confirmed — including the service you’ve chosen — we’re not able to make any changes or cancel it.

Because of this, we always recommend double-checking your details and the options you’ve selected before confirming your return, just to make sure everything’s correct.

If you do need to send something else back, you can always book a new return through our Returns Portal.
