If you’ve placed separate orders, you’ll need to book and return each one individually through our Returns Portal — even if they were placed close together.
Each return will get its own tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
Please don’t combine items from different orders into one parcel, as this can cause delays (or worse, they could get lost!).
Unfortunately, we’re only able to refund items that have been correctly booked through the portal, so it’s super important to keep them separate.
