My Item Has Now Become Faulty/Damaged — What Should I Do?
Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this. We want you to love your Carvela items for as long as possible, so if something’s gone wrong, our After Care team is here to help.
Just get in touch with them here, making sure to include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage

You can also visit one of our standalone Carvela stores, where a member of the team will be happy to assist. Just take the damaged item and your proof of purchase along with you.

If You Bought Your Item In-Store:
If you bought your item in-store, the quickest way to sort this is to take it back to the store you bought it from (or the concession if that’s where you shopped). Just bring your proof of purchase, and the store manager will be happy to take a look and help from there.
What if My Item Arrived Damaged?
That’s definitely not what we want! If your item isn’t quite right when it arrives, please get in touch with us here. Don’t forget to include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
Quick note: Sometimes online orders are sent from one of our stores, so the item may have had a little extra handling. This could mean some small scuffs or marks if it’s been on display — we do our best to make sure everything arrives perfect, but we really appreciate your understanding if this happens.
