For items bought in-store, please take these to the original store or concession along with the proof of purchase and the manger in-store will be able to assist with the faulty product.

Sometimes, items ordered may be sourced from one of our stores, which could result in minor wear or damage. This can include small scuffs, smudges, or scratches due to use in-store or being ex-display items.
