Can I return something internationally?
Absolutely! You can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it’s unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping back to the UK, and unfortunately, we can’t refund those return shipping costs.
Can I exchange something internationally?
Sadly, we’re unable to offer exchanges for international returns. However, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.
How do I return something internationally?
Here’s how you can return your item:
- Pack it securely to avoid any damage during the journey. Please include your completed returns note and remove any old shipping labels (or cover them up).

- Use a trackable service and make sure the shipping service insures the value of the items you’re sending back.
- Keep your proof of postage until we confirm that your return has been received and your refund has been processed. If you don’t have it, we won’t be able to help with any issues.
As soon as we get your return, we’ll process it and send you a confirmation email!
FYI: Any promotional discount applies to the original purchase only and if returned, can’t be used for subsequent purchases, sorry.
How long do I have to return an item bought internationally?
You can return your item for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure it’s unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags intact. A few extra notes:
- Shoes: It’s best to try them on a carpeted surface. When returning, make sure they’re in their original, undamaged shoe box.
- Earrings & Hair Accessories: These can only be returned if they’re faulty due to hygiene reasons.
- Swimwear: Make sure to try them on over your underwear, and the protective hygiene strip should still be intact. If it’s removed or the item is soiled, we may not be able to accept the return.
How long will it take for my international refund to process?
Once we get your return, it should take up to 14 working days to process. You’ll receive an email when we receive your returned item, and another one when your refund is completed.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. After processing, it may take 3-5 working days for it to show in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, get in touch with us, and we’ll check everything for you. Be sure to do this within 30 days of sending the return to us, as we can’t help after that.
