Returns cost £1.95, which you'll pay when you book your return via our Returns Portal. If you're returning multiple items, you'll be charged per parcel. To save on return costs, it’s best to send everything back in one parcel.
Please remember: if you have multiple orders or order numbers, each must be booked separately on the portal, and a separate label with its own tracking number will be created for each. Please don’t combine these orders, as they could get lost, and we won’t be able to process returns that aren’t generated through the portal.
The return cost is non-refundable.
