What Is Your Store Returns Policy?

We hope you love your Carvela purchase, but if you need to return something bought in one of our stand-alone stores, here’s how we can help:

  • Full-price items can be returned to any Carvela stand-alone store within 14 days of purchase, with your proof of purchase.
  • Sale items can be returned for an exchange only within 7 days, as long as they’re unworn, in a saleable condition, and you have your proof of purchase.

To make things easier, we offer both paper receipts and digital receipts, which can be emailed to you at the time of purchase. Please keep your receipt until you’re completely happy with your purchase.

Shopping at a Carvela Outlet?

  • Outlet items can be returned for an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they’re unworn and still in a saleable condition.
  • Outlet purchases can only be returned to a Carvela Outlet store and are only eligible for a refund if they’re faulty.

What If I Bought From a Concession?

If you bought your Carvela items from a concession (for example, inside another department store), your return will need to be made directly to that concession.
As return policies may vary, we’d recommend checking directly with the store you purchased from for the most up-to-date information.

Don’t Forget Your Proof of Purchase

Without proof of purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund, exchange, gift card or any other resolution — so we always recommend holding on to your receipt just in case.
