What is your Store Returns Policy?

Purchases in our UK Carvela & Kurt Geiger Free-Standing Stores

Anything purchased in a UK Carvela store can be returned to any Carvela or Kurt Geiger freestanding store within 14 days. Do take your receipt with you too!

FYI: Don’t post your item back to our online distribution centre though – to be refunded it can only go back to the original store!

Unworn sale items can be returned for exchange only within 7 days. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Also, without a valid in-date receipt we can only offer you an exchange for the latest selling price of the item (it could have gone in the sale, sorry.)

We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. We do not recommend trying on our shoes on wooden, laminated or delicate surfaces as this may damage the product.

If the store is closed due to lockdown restrictions, keep hold of your item(s) with your receipt and the store will be happy to process a refund/exchange once they reopen.

• For free-standing store returns, we are happy to offer an exchange, gift card ( Gift Cards available in Kurt Geiger stores only) or refund for full priced goods provided they are returned in an unworn, saleable condition with your proof of purchase within 14 days.
• Sale goods that are unused/unworn can be returned for exchange only within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• In the absence of proof of purchase, an exchange will be provided for the last known selling price of the item.
