HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?

HOW DO I BOOK A RETURN USING THE RETURNS PORTAL?
You can access the Returns Portal here.
To process your return, follow these 8 steps:

Repack unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Using our Returns Policy for guidance.

Follow the link to the Returns Portal to book your return. You will need your 9-digit number starting with 75XXX and delivery postcode. Once logged in, select the item(s) you want to return.

Choose your preferred returns service - Evri Drop Off or Evri Collection (please check if a printer is required).

Make the returns payment of £1.95.

Print the label (print returns label at home or at Drop Off Parcel Shop).

Drop off or arrange collection for the parcel. Remember to keep the proof of postage until the refund has arrived into your account.

Receive your refund within 14 working days of us receiving your return.
Orders purchased from carvela.com may only be returned back to our warehouse. Our stores are currently unable to accept these back - sorry!
WHAT IS THE CARVELA RETURNS POLICY? - ONLINE ONLY
You can return your items to us from the UK within 30 days, provided they are in their original packaging, for a full refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will appear in your account within 14 working days of us receiving your goods. All items must be returned unused and with the original packaging and tags.
You will receive an email confirmation when your item(s) have arrived at the warehouse, and another email once the refund has been processed. To track your return, more details can be found here.
Any promotional discount applied to the original purchase is only valid for that purchase and will not be valid for any subsequent purchases.
Please note, if proof of return is not obtained or kept, we will be unable to assist with returns queries.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO MAKE A RETURN?
Returns cost £1.95 per parcel. This is payable when you generate and book your online return. Additional fees will apply for multiple returns made on the same order. To save on returns costs, we advise returning your items in one parcel.
CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL A RETURN ONCE CONFIRMED?
Once a return has been confirmed, including the service booked, it cannot be canceled or amended. Please ensure you enter your details and check your selection carefully.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS?
If you have multiple orders/order numbers (this doesn’t include items purchased in the same order), these must be booked and returned separately via the Returns Portal. You will receive a tracking number for each order returned. Please do not combine separate orders as they could become lost. We are unable to refund orders that are not generated on the portal.
14 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE I SENT MY RETURN - WHERE IS MY REFUND?
If 14 days have passed since you sent your return and you have not received a refund confirmation email, contact us here. Please provide us with your order number, details of the returned items and images of the proof of postage receipt.
Please report the return error to us within 10 days from when the return not being received, as we will be unable to assist after this time.
