Carvela Gift cards are only issued in our Carvela stores.
They can be used in our Carvela and Kurt Geiger freestanding stores. Unfortunately, our concession stores cannot currently accept these.
If you wish to use it online, you can only redeem this at www.kurtgeiger.com. The Carvela Gift Cards cannot currently be redeemed on the Carvela website.
How long is it valid for?
Carvela and Kurt Geiger gift cards are valid for 24 months from the last spend or balance top-up.
If you don’t use it within 24 months, any remaining balance will be cancelled.

Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All items/orders that are purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same method of purchase.
Returns of items purchased with a gift card will be returned to the same gift card.
PLEASE NOTE Kurt Geiger will not replace the gift card if it is stolen, lost or damaged.
How can I redeem my gift card online?
Please visit www.kurtgeiger.com. Carvela Gift Cards cannot currently be redeemed on the Carvela website.
Gift Cards can be entered at checkout as a method of payment.
You will be asked to enter the long 16 digit number and 4 digit pin on the back of your Gift Card. This will then show the available balance on the Gift Card.
You will then have the option to enter the amount on the Gift Card you wish to use against the order.
Any remaining balance after a gift card balance has been applied, can be paid via credit/debit card or PayPal. Unfortunately, you are unable to use Klarna as a part-payment when using a gift card payment.
Please keep hold of any gift card used for the purchase, as any future refund will automatically return to the same card.
Can I return items purchased with a gift card?
You may return your items as per the returns policy.
Store purchases must be returned to the original store along with your receipt. For store returns policy details, please visit here.
For web orders placed on www.kurtgeiger.com, your order will be refunded onto the original payment gift card. Please do keep hold of your gift card until you are sure that you are happy with your order.
If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift card, we'll refund anything you paid for with your gift card first, and then refund any outstanding credit you are owed on to your original payment card.
Should you no longer have the original physical gift card or the balance has not been updated 48 hours after your refund confirmation, please contact us with your order number so we can reinstate this.

Terms and conditions
Our gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and are redeemable against all product on www.kurtgeiger.com. All gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. You may check the balance of your gift card here. If your order is of less value than the amount on your gift card the remaining balance will remain on your card. If your order is of more value than the amount on your gift card, then the remaining balance will need to be made via any of the alternative payment methods. If you return a Product that was purchased with a gift card the balance of the return (if due) will be credited back to your gift card. We will not be liable if your gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without the gift card holder’s permission. We have the right to cancel a gift card if it is necessary to do so. Promotional codes cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards.
