Returns cost £1.95, and once you book your return through the Returns Portal, you'll receive a shipping label or QR code to send your order back to us.

Just a heads-up, this service is only available for UK customers with orders starting with 75XXX. Please don't use this option if your order number doesn’t match, or if you placed an order in-store or over the phone at a Carvela or Kurt Geiger store.
