Who do I speak to about a store purchase?

Visit or call the original Carvela or Kurt Geiger store or concession of the same group where the purchase was made in. Don’t forget to take along your receipt with you too!
If you make an in-store or phone order with a store, any refunds, exchanges and issues need to be handled by the original store – and you’ll need till receipt or email receipt.
